The bad things:

It's got rust in every panel, floors, inner + outer sills, A-pillar bottoms, in the subframe and the gearbox cross piece.
Tattered interior.
Rough EH radiator conversion.
Its got leaky master cylinders.
Worn brakes and the clutch whines.

The good things:

I'm a welder.
I've got a most of the panels I need.
New floor pans.
Genuine NOS outer sills.
Repaired A-pillars cut from a donor shell which came with a rust free subframe from as well.
I've made up some new inner sills out of 3mm steal on the brake press at my work as well as some new bits for the gearbox cross piece, folded to the same as the original.
Brand new full rubber kit.
I've got a HR cross member with parts to rebuild plus VH40  brake booster.

I plan to keep it the original colours in 2 pack, lowered with 5 spoke mags, a 202 and aussie 4 speed.

good stuff, the rust is in the typical spots, sounds like you have handy gear at work, those inner sills seem pretty heavy duty.
I myself am rebuilding a FC wagon and have completed most of the rust repairs, i found heaps of rust i never knew was there till i fully striped it.
