I use contact adhesive for all my trim work, you can get it from Motor Trimmer Suppliers, Craft shops, my local Rares even has it in spray can form.
Just apply some to both (clean) surfaces, wait for it to tack off then press the two together.

G'day Mark,

My parcel shelf was buggered when I got my FC as well.  I made a new one using the original one as a template, easy as!  About three hours of work plus shopping for materials.

The hardest thing for me, was to get the sheeting (1 ply) the right width and curve so it sat nicely and the back seat went on its hook.

If you want any info, just send me a PM.

Cheers,

Phil

I did the one on my FB with some M.D.F. 3 mill and some new vinyl from the local trimmers, almost a perfect match. It didn't take long and was pretty easy. Cost about $20.oo and looked like new  ;).
