Title: Spit Roasting Sedans
Post by: Rabbitoh on September 22, 2006, 08:37:50 PM
Can anyone help with any advice on the use of rotisseries for restoring FE's (sedans specifically). Are they available to buy? how/where do you mount them to the body structure?
Thanks,
R.

These are all generally home made.  Start with steel similar in dimension to what you would use for an engine stand.  The best places to attach the car to the stand are the bumper bar bracket holes, or if the subframe is off, at the bolt holes where the subframe is attached.
