Title: Dealer transfer "Norman G Booth" Sydney
Post by: 4hammers on February 07, 2006, 09:04:31 AM
Hi All.
Scored this little waterslide transfer the other day & was told it was from a Sydney Holden dealer in the FE FC era. The little Horn Button thing at the end of the name certainly looks FE FC. Hoping someone can confirm it was a Sydney dealer & or add anymore info.

Hey Rob
Yes, Norman G Booth was a Holden dealer from Sydney and was around in the 50's.
Here's an advert from the Sydney Morning Herald, October 30, 1959.

Hi Alex.
I should have come to you first! Great little advert. The sticker is a cool little item. I know my car is a Tassie sold car, but I would love to stick that on the rear window. Would look the part. I might see what the cost of getting some copies done will be, but I would imaginbe you would need to do HEAPS. Anyway, thanks again for the info.
Regards,
Rob J
