Just wondering if i could get your opinions on the best rear demister to have installed on my FC please ?

Depends if you want a heater too and what style you want. (Or if you want to add aircon)
The vintage air models are good but take a lot of room

There are after market stick on demisters on eBay. They have two side contact strips and a larger transfer with the demisters wires attached (similar to the standard rear demisted screens in most vehicles) except the lines are larger in width.
