motor and wiring is all but done. Had to rebuild transmission (apparently leaving them sit for 6 years is not good for them). Air conditioning is finished. Just got to do seat belts and interior and stereo.

Hi Fred
Good to hear that you are back the job, I am a real fan of the V6 conversions in our holdens and you will really enjoy it when you get to drive it, my sedans a daily driver great fuel economy and enough power, sounds like you are doing the same as I did and I would love to see photos.
I'm currently doing an FB/EK Ute and the V6 I have for that was dyno'd at 227HP at the rear wheels of the car it was in which is more than the standard VN VP V8 at the time, series 1block, VR heads and a lot of other work should be fun.
Any way keep going and we look forward to photos.

Car passed engineer inspection on Friday. Engine, gearbox, seats, seat belts, diff, fuel tank, column. Off to dept of transport on Tuesday.
