Proudly hosted by the
FE-FC Holden Car Club of Victoria Inc

Wattle Park, Burwood
Melway 60 K3

FE AND FC MODEL INCEPTION

The FE Holden was the first major model change after the introduction of the Holden to Australia.  It was first built in July 1956 and carried through to the FC Holden in May 1958, which was eventually superseded in January 1960 by the FB.

THE FE – FC HOLDEN CAR CLUB OF VICTORIA INC.

Is dedicated to keeping this once forgotten model on the road for all to see, and remember motoring as it was in the mid to late 1950’s.  Since our first meeting in August 1987, we have expanded greatly, having a membership ranging in age from 16 to 80 years old and are part of the national body of FE and FC Holdens, which includes New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, ACT, Queensland, Tassie and the Mid North Coast.

We extend a cordial invitation to owners and/or enthusiasts of FE and FC Holdens to join our club at our Inaugural Victorian FE-FC State Titles & Show’n’shine for a fun day of wonderful cars, picnics and door prizes to boot!

It's definitey something that I'd be interested in.  Actually it was a question I was going to ask myself!  Thanks Ed Smiley
Also I have noticed thqt my computer seems to 'regress' as it were - telling me that I haven't viewed things that I have!  Maybe it's blonde!!
66  Galleries / Members' FEs and FCs / Re: Flamin' Benno - May 2004 on: October 08, 2004, 11:30:15 AM
Yep, that's the one I was thinking of.  And if you look closely at the top pic you can just kinda sort of see one on Benno's exhaust....
67  Galleries / Members' FEs and FCs / Re: Flamin' Benno - May 2004 on: October 06, 2004, 07:13:25 AM
Hey Damon,
You might have to ask Benno for the details.  He's under Revhead_Fc on the forum (funny that eh?!)  Grin
Leon also has one set up on his car so you might be able to share some details with him too.  I also thought you could buy flame kits, but I might be mistaken.  I do know Ben eats a lot of baked beans..... (yeah, sorry that wasn't funnny!)
Cheers,
Cat

Sorry Harko it's gone and you know it just figures, since we cut up that damn thing there's been more enquiries for shells and bits off it than I could poke a stick at.  Still, it helped out about 4 or 5 people so it can't be all bad.  You could try the metal section at Jacks Gully at Narellan to see if it's still there??

Hey Rusty,
There was a post about 12 months ago about reconditioning a steering wheel.  Try a search for it, or ret might know where it's at.

If I knew what it was and what it did I might be interested!  Yeah OK I know it's an engine bit at least!  Can someone please explain the details!  Am I likely to need one for the resto of the wagon?
Cat (yeah, you never learn unless you ask the dumb question!)
80  For Sale and Wanted / Parts For Sale / Re: FC Wagon Shell on: April 29, 2004, 10:21:07 PM
OK, so there's Ed1, Ed2, Glenn and Me.  I thought the morning might be better so that we've got plenty of time, but that cuts Ed2 out (pardon the pun!!) so that makes it 1pm? Agreed?

If so I'll IM you the address!
