I checked John's rubbers against my FB/EK wagon, and sadly they are too far different to be used (can't be cut-and-shut as the dimensions are different).

However, I also checked the rubbers against my FB/EK ute, and they are a beautiful fit. A very small amount of tirmming is needed, but otherwise perfect.

Cheers,
Harv

Thanks for the information Harv, much appreciated.

67  Technical Board / General Technical / Re: FC ignition wiring on: February 24, 2018, 10:16:49 PM
Does anyone have an ignition wiring diagram for an FC sedan. My wife’s FC was running a little rough on longer runs so I gave the plugs and points a clean. Afterwards the engine cranks but won’t fire. Pulled a plug, no spark, tried direct for the coil, no spark.Replaced the coil but still no spark. I think I may have disturbed some of the wiring while I had the dizzy cap off?

Thanks,
Wayne

Thanks
Haydn the rear main is in now,  it's the endcap bearing  gasket that I will trim and butt the sump gasket up to the endcap.
That way it is continuous with the surface of the block.
Getting there!!

Getting close now Nick.

The plastic FC style trims are available from Rare Spares but they are expensive. The metal seat trims can be fitted but they finish a little lower up the seat back. If you decide to use metal seat trims it's a good idea to give your upholsterer a set before the seat covers are made. If you go this way I have a pair of metal sides complete with good SS moulds. I'm after a pair of FC moulds .......

I have a set of used Fibreglass Seat Trim Moulds, I would like to sell $50.00 plus freight.
