has anyone put a aircon in there car. If so what type/model and how was it set up

f.c holden comes standard with quarter vent windows.
and centre a/c,just pull the lever....

I'ts also called 440 air------ 4windows down & 40mph. In all seriousness there are under dash a/c units that are available for hodrods & custom cars you may be able too find one to fit.

Have a look at vintage air. They should have something to fit.

Have seen one in a 32 Ford Tudor (Small interior space and limited engine room with a V8) he used a Honda civic compressor and condensor core. I guess any late model jap buzzbox would run small compressors, have a look at the wreckers

The Vintage Air gen 3 mini unit will fit under the dash and has a built in heater I checked out one today and a very nice unit ,, or you could try and get hold of a unit that I have in my UTE
