Ray,
I can't help with a replacement clutch fork, but if you can, find an FX-FJ clutch fork instead. They're forged steel, and indestructible.

Do you know why it bent? Might just be worth a thought and a closer look ,or it might be old damage .

I have one of each, a FC one and a cast FJ one. I want $25 each for them. It is quite common for FC clutch forks to crack and bend, and it's probably a good idea not to weld it because I've heard that it doesn't last.
