Emu open your photo up with photo editing and increase size to about 400x400 or 500x300 this will make it a bit less than the download limit of this site and we might be able to actually see photo in a visable size mate

Okay

Here is the Photo of interest. This is "Hilda" my wagon when she came out of a shed where she hibernated for about 10 years. Sarah (the reason for all this!) on the left, Jesse on the car, Mikaylah (age 2) and Levi known as "Scraps". 2 kids abscent. Actually I think "Snowy" and "Butch" are in the car.

She's a daily driver now although the rubbers are all shot, so "daily" means dry days.

She's going back to bare metal for a re-spray soon. I'll post progress shots.

Emu - very relieved Bird who understands posting pics now. Thanks again Craig A and Gary.

We've booked in the teeth for an 18th birthday present.

Extreme makeover kinda thing.

You'll notice mine came out real well!

Sarah's in Salt Lake City tonight with 3 of her Yankee Uncles celebrating the big occaision. Oh my .................
!!

I'll be spending the night in a prayer vigil.  16...... that means I have exactly one year until she is licensed and claims Hilda. That Wagon in Victoria is looking good as a replacement!!

Thanks for all the well wishes. She reads this site all the time while she's in the States. She'll be stoked to feature so prominently although I may incur some wrath over that "For our eyes only" joke pose she did with "Hilda"

Thanks again on her behalf and congrats Geoff on the new one.

Emu - proud Dad of a 16 year old Emulette

Sorry Sarah, I was guilty of not wishing you

16 is a great age - first you get your "L" Plates, and then you go for your licence test, then you pass your test, then you drive off happily in your old mans FC Wagon.

Best Wishes,

Craig (Hassler of Emus, Wellwisher of Emulettes)

mmmmm Kiwi,

I don't think u have the technology to make those modifications alone. I suspect someone helped you.

I will be investigating!

Nice Kiwi,

Thanks

Emu

Appreciative Bird

P.S. The house up the road ya wanna rent is no longer available......... I just told the rental agency you were a Kiwi with six kids!!! Try WA or even Sydney, they're pretty racially tolerant down there! Oops ... politically incorrect methinks.

Thanks guys,

Its nice ya'll remember me around here.

Things have been a little outa control for me ova the past 12 months  with the businesses being all consuming and the six kids sucking what's left outa me. I am working on one of those "simplify ya life" plans, but it seems to take a lot longer in reality than in the "self-help" books ! :-/
Luckily I have a "Sarge" and he has managed to keep Hilda healthy -  now with a 186 and disc brake f/end. The best thing about work these days is driving to and from in the old girl  ;D
I'll get my act together one day and post some updates on "Hilda's Extreme Makeover"

Hey Craig, how about those Poms! Another good belly laugh from you. Luckily the feeling is mutual between Emus and Poms. Not as bad as Emus and Kiwis tho  ;)

Thanks to you too Phant........ now known as Bogan. Geriactricism is a nasty blight on our society!

Well its off to work. 2 days to Christmas and we retailers need those sales.

Keep up the posts.

Emu - Old Bird
