should i throw the varyjet carby that is on my 202 in the bin ?
what should i replace it with

this is surferboy your talking to so dont get to technical

my wagon dies then coughs and splutters and bunny hops when taking off from the lights (but its inconsistent.. sometimes it runs good ! )

general consensus is the varyjet carby (off the 173 commodore motor i replaced) is a load of rubbish

Varijets are pretty complicated and a pain in the but when they stuff up, however they aperntly give pretty good economy, on top of that when street machine did the grunt hunt article they found that the varijet made more power on the dyno than a 350 holley on the 202.
