Wipers don't clear the screen, lift off at speed lift off when trucks go past.
Fitted new blades, several sets of arms just not good enough.
Even stationary not that good
Any advice appreciated

Here are a few things you could try (maybe you've tried them already - if so I apologise)
1. Later EK arms have stronger springs. You will need to change the arm and the blade together.
2. Bend the arms slightly downward. This puts more tension on the Spring.
3. Fit some wiper aids - the Vic club were selling some nice custom made stainless steel ones which worked well and don't look tacky like the plastic ones. Don't know if we have any left.
