This is cool. your giving me ideas for the grey, a wicked billet crank and a grey with a blower  Cool. for "towing" lol.

been a while  just about ready for assembly bought JE forged pistons with tool steel floating pins  H beam rods with ARP 6000 series bolts and a main stud kit.....FC427.....


Bottom end is all assembled head is on new 9.380" push rods arrived yesterday have just finished shimming the posts to get valve train geometry right very happy .......FC427........

It's a B&M 144 Supercharger not Turbo  manifold is from Mark at Aussie Speed with an adaptor I made  to mate the two  I will  put some more shots up over the weekend ....FC427...

awesome! yeah i didnt know why i wrote turbo for hahaha. i knew it was a supercharger, i think i was coz i was lookin at turbos for my mates sylvia s14. but yeah, looks incredible! cant wait to do somethin like this to scarface!

how much for the manifold? and how did you mount the supercharger into your engine bay.

Blower as still allowed  Grin Grin spoke to an engineer last week about this   as are V8's up to 312Ci in NSW at the moment as no laws have changed yet.......... if you had one fitted in 1960 it would be up to you to prove it was in place then .....FC427......

Finally got some time to dummy up the blower on the old engine to see if it fitted under the hood ..the 45mm Weber's that I wanted to use fowl but the 750cfm Holley fits with air cleaner  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin.now to change it out . Grin Grin Grin...FC427....

cant you lower the engine mounts if it only a small amount
I need about 30mm and when the engine torques it comes up on that side even with the link I have made for the engine mount to limit movement  .I guess I could mill a little of my blower adaptor a little of manifold,and a little of carby manifold lower the engine 10mm and it might just fit  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes ::)but I'm just getting lazy in my old age  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin......FC427......

Kathi at least the colour is right and if it destroyed another engine  with larger Ci and more cylinders some one may have cause for embarrassment  Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink.....FC427......
