throw money at her, if I throw anymore at her it will exceed the load carrying capabilities. Also like evryone with no machining knowledge it only takes 5 mins

I can cut a round disc out of grained S/S or alloy and you could urethane them on if you want to save coin.

I've seen convex 'chromed' plastic ones that look OK; unfortunately don't know the source, but they are clearly made specifically for the job and would have to be reasonably cheap...
