'mini' tubs are usually tubs which don't involve any mods to the subframe or chassis rails.  in which case they are legal in all states.

Brett F

Have you just fitted squared off tubs without rail mods.
I ran 225s with no mods and they rubbed now im running the motor i am i need more rubber but didnt want to risk doing the whole moving the rails in thing.

245s should be enough without compromising the back seat too much.

fchoon,
yes, the rails are in the normal position and the tubs start at the actual rail. No flares or lipping of the guard edges.
