Hi!

I need to replace the front & back shock on my 110% original FB ute......(no disrepect to the 350 Chevs)....does the club have a recommendadtion for those who want to slide under their car and see as close to what a mechanic in 1960 would have looked up at?

You cannot buy an original looking shock absorber. Smooth sided things are all you will get now.

There are some NOS ones floating around just keep your eye out.

Put a new set in until you find a set.

These look very good - expensive, but I guess recoing a set of shocks will not be cheap.
