Depends which small block - none emission engines.

283, 3.935 in  292
302, 4.060 in  316
307, 3.935 in  316
327, 4.060 in  337
350, 4.060 in  360 - can be stroked 3.73 in to 388

There is more if you need it.

Blocks being bored 60thou up should really be sonic tested beforehand.If you spend all that cash on machine work and then hit water youll be sorry is all.
