hi guys,
           im getting various front end parts sandblasted at the moment.Can anyone tell me if powder coating gets effected by oil/degreaser/petrol ect or am i better of getting them painted in 2pk..

Powder coating is impervious to oils, grease and petrol.  It bakes at 200 degrees Celsius and therefore is good for components working at temperatures below that.  When applied correctly, it is IMHO as good if not better that 2K (much cheaper faster and has a better in consistency of finish).  It is the preferred finish for suspension and motor parts for guys like Troy Trapenier etc… so that’s saying something.
