http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Front-Door-Trim-Backing-Board-FE-FC-Holden-/300746198573?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4605dece2d

Commonly know as door trims or door cards.

I just made my own for mine. Cost $10 for enough board to do front and rear and about an hours work. My brother-in-law is a trimmer so he gave me a hand recovering them.

Those ones on evilbay  have all the correct holes for both FE & FC moldings too.

Personally I hate the Masonite they use for these ones on ebay, especially for the fronts as they are brittle and do not bend easily.
If you are keen you can grab the original sytle card from http://www.daleys.com.au and cut them yourself (sharp knife and various hole punches required).
I do sell them, but I am so backed up with work right now it's a few weeks wait.

Thanks for the link Stinky. I'll use them for the windlace (shame they don't have magenta). The board I used was OK, but theres would probably be better. I think I'll use their board for the FC retrim.

Finc if you mean lucky having a Bro n law that's a trimmer....you're right! He was a furniture upholsterer for over 15 years and got into trimming cars about 3 years ago. He only has experience doing custom stuff, so he is kind of cutting his 'old school' teeth on mine. But if his custom stuff is any indication of his finish quality, my trim is going to be fantastic.

You can get windlace custom made if you can find the right vinyl/material. Daleys and Clark Rubber sell the profile that goes inside, just a matter or getting it stitched up,
