Mate, you have plenty to choose from, if you don't need them all, give us a call.
I remember when i bought my FE in 1989 (GOA350) it came with Tasmans on it. I think when i had a clean up they went to the tip. Oh how i rue that day. If i only had my time again, but isn't hindsight a marvelous thing.

Hey Les,

Plan is to get 5 sandblasted (outers), outers will then be painted GTS wheel silver, centres redone gloss black & spokes polished.
May have to get the centres redrilled because apparently you can't get the correct wheel nuts for Tasmans anymore.

Shop around before you do, there are plenty of places making stuff like that or they can. Try Galaxy Wheels in Adelaide for starters.

Love your Tasman collection mate, im only new here (as this is post number 1 for me!), and this got my attention pretty quick! Finally found another Tasman nut, thought i was the only one. I also have a pretty decent collection of Tasmans, best ol skool wheel out i reckon, cant beat em!

Cheers, Jim

Absolutely, they're definately worth saving regardless of the rim condition. You would be surprised how even the rusty rims can be brought up to a decent streetable finish, may not be concourse but perfect for a neat streeter. As long as the rim is still of sound construction, a coat of silver and a new chrome dress trim will make them look a million bucks! I'll post a before and after pic of a rim done just with basic tools and heaps of elbow grease. Wink
