Can any one recommend engineer that they have used to obtain a VASS (Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme) Victoria/Melbourne?  i.e. one who is not overly bureaucratic  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Robert Williams in Ballarat did mine and was very helpful. No problems at all as long as your car is right.
