I have these two cards

Not sure if they are late FE/FC as the early FE one would not have a hole punched in it ?

I believe the hole was to allow it to be hooked onto the choke behind the knob Gary

Interesting that they both have the same part number, but one has the PTY. arrowed in as it was left out in the first one.
