what is the power window mechanism used for fc finding it hard to get a straight one

NES304

Are you talking about a switch or a motor? Neither are standard. Use what you can get to fit.
I used a 97 Sonata power window motor with a micro switch from auto loc that a manual winder can mount to.

Have a look at my fc rebuild page 10. I did the same as Nes but without the outer skins so it shows the whole setup. I used the sonata fronts and civic rears and the auto lock switches. All I did was put the runner between two bits of 4x2 timber and stood on it to flatten the runner out.

Two things I would watch for . When making brackets to mount your mechanisms ,clamp them in position with vice grips and use some jumper leads to check they work before final weld and remember that the glass still needs to fit in and out with the brackets welded and or bolted in place .Seems so obvious when I write it down .Cheers Haydn

Exactly why I didn't weld in!!

Yup, I screwed in the brackets... Works a treat!
