Anybody help!

Rang rare spares for the upper and lower rubbers for the front out rigger and was told they are a deleted line!
has anybody got any or what can i use as a alternative.

i just bought a kit from rares last week which had the out rigger, the 4 x member bushs and another 4 flat bushs
