FE front bonnet surround

Ive got another idea i want to try with a FE front bonnet surround which goes at the front that houses the cap that looks like the horn button.  Im in Vic, if anyone can help(I dont want the button just the surround)  Is the centre the same size as the horn ring??

         I am pretty sure that the horn button is bigger than the FE bonnet badge.  Not sure by how much though.
