Hi guys,

Are there any special tools or techniques required to install gudgeon pins?

Cheers

Yes there is, a pair of strong hands. Grab the piston with your left hand and push the pin into position with the palm of your right hand.
According to the manual " The piston pins must fit the pistons with a firm palm push fit at 70 deg F."
